Tyler Technologies will work to help public sector customers accelerate their migration to the cloud under an expanded strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services. Under the eight-year SCA, Tyler said Monday it will collaborate with AWS to expand shared programs and help agency customers streamline their transition from on-premises platforms to next-generation cloud applications to further support public sector employees, deliver better experiences to citizens and provide operational transparency.

Tyler Technologies has secured a contract to provide the National Guard Bureau with a unified, cloud-based workforce case management application suite to streamline and automate responses to personnel-related issues and complaints. The NGB-DEI Complaints Management and Adjudication Branch will use the platform to equip military equal opportunity and civilian equal employment opportunity professionals with tools for web-based case management, complaint tracking and program management and reporting, Tyler said Friday.
