TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 7, 2021 “” Darryle Conway, former chief growth officer at Nathan Associates, has been named as CGO of Constellis, bringing with him over two decades of experience in strategic planning and business development in the public and private sectors, GovCon Wire reported Tuesday.

TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 30, 2020 “” A Constellis subsidiary will help the State Department secure overseas missions by providing armed personal protective services and other needed support worldwide under the agency's third iteration of a potential 10-year, $15B contract vehicle, GovCon Wire reported Dec. 18.

Constellis has agreed to add Honeywell's personal protective equipment portfolio to the former's risk management and mission support services offerings to customers across the U.S.

Constellis will open a new office in Grove City, Pennsylvania, for its business group that performs background investigations for the Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security.

Richard Hozik, a 45-year financial and operations leader, has joined Constellis as chief financial officer. He will succeed Gordon Foster, who will stay through Sept. 30 to help with the transition, the company said Monday.

Constellis has won several contracts since its restructuring in late March. Key contract wins include a $198M task order to provide security operations support for the Department of Defense at Camp Buehring and Camp Arifjan in Kuwait; $75M contract for security, counterterrorism, fire protection and mail room services at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Missouri; and a $33M contract with the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service for work at the St. Elizabeths campus in Washington, D.C.
