Charles River Analytics to Design Components for Army’s AI-Based Combat Trauma Care System

Charles River Analytics has received three contracts from the U.S. Army to design components for an artificial intelligence-based system designed to provide warfighters trauma care support on the battlefield. The company said Monday it will design diagnostics, monitoring and intervention components for the Automated Ruggedized Combat Casualty Care system built to provide lifesaving strategies for servicemembers with traumatic injuries.

51 Small Businesses Secure Contracts at Air Force Pitch Day; Will Roper Quoted

The Air Force awarded $8.75M in contracts to 51 small businesses at the service’s two-day pitch day event that kicked off Wednesday in New York City, DVIDS reported Thursday. The service’s contracting officials awarded the contracts and issued initial payments to companies within minutes using a government credit card after evaluating the proposals of 59 firms selected out of 417 submissions.

NTT DATA Services’ federal business has received a potential five-year, $60M contract to provide help desk and field services support for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
