    Leo Alvarez has 15 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of pricing, compliance, audit, and dispute related matters unique to federal government contractors. His experience spans operational and compliance issues related to GSA/VA FSS contracts, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program development and compliance, capture support for Best-in-Class (BIC) contract solutions, Commercial Item Determinations, and contract management support. Leo has also advised clients in developing policies, procedures, systems, and controls to achieve compliant contractor business functions relative to unique public sector requirements. Within the context of GSA/VA FSS contracts, Leo has supported clients through historical pricing analyses, compliance program implementation, Mandatory Disclosure investigations, and pre-and post-award OIG audits.

    Mr. Bushar is a seasoned, highly effective, and innovative cyber security leader with extensive Federal Government, Cyber Security, Risk Management, and Network Operations experience. Mr. Bushar has a dynamic track record of building teams and strategic solutions that drive mission performance, ensure organizational security, and minimize risk. Mr. Bushar has over 18 years of experience in the areas of information assurance, information security, cyber operations, and incident response services. Currently, Mr. Bushar is serving as Vice President for Global Government and Executive Director for Services Innovation at Mandiant. In this role, he is leading a global team of subject matter experts in security operations, incident response, security programs, industrial control system security, and penetration testing that develop and deliver innovative security programs and solutions and services for commercial and government clients worldwide.

    Tony Cole is the Chief Technology Officer at Attivo Networks responsible for strategy and vision. He’s a cybersecurity expert with more than 30 years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer networking and is a CISSP. Prior to joining Attivo Networks, Mr. Cole served in a number of executive roles at FireEye, McAfee, and Symantec. He’s retired from the U.S. Army and was an early advisor to Wall Street on the Cyber Security market. Mr. Cole serves on the NASA Advisory Council, the (ISC)² Board of Directors, and he’s also a former president of ISSA-DC. In 2014, he received the Government Computer News Industry IT Executive of the Year award, and in 2015 he was inducted into the Wash 100 by Executive Mosaic as one of the most influential executives impacting Government. In 2018 he was awarded the Reboot Leadership Influencer Award in by SC Media. Mr. Cole is also a volunteer member of the WhiteHat USA Board, a charity benefiting Children’s National Medical Center.

In his career to date, Jeff has held international operations and growth leadership roles for two Fortune 500, Tier 1 automotive suppliers as well as early-stage companies, where he led complex assignments in corporate strategy, operations, global trade, marketing and business development. Having lived abroad in numerous countries, his experience blends the theory of global trade economics with the practical application and daily realities of successfully operating a business globally. Invited often to meet with legislators and policy-makers on global growth and international business, Jeff is also a bi-national board member in the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, he has been tasked along with fellow board members with providing direct recommendations, input and perspective to The White House and to Congress on matters related to global trade, national security, and foreign relations. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Jeff also leads The Center for the Return of Manufacturing – the premier resource in assisting US- and foreign-based companies in the reshoring to and establishment of manufacturing facilities in North America. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Brazil, Jeff earned his MBA from The University of Michigan and concluded post-graduate studies at Harvard University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University, where he is the recipient of the Young Alumni Achievement Award – the highest University honor conferred upon a single Alumnus annually, and an honor shared with fellow award recipient James Buchannan (Nobel Prize in Economics ‘86).
