Noblis Named to Washington Post’s Top Workplaces List for 2021; Debbie Drake Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Noblis has ranked 14th in the “large company” category of The Washington Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces list.

The nonprofit company said Monday this marks the eight consecutive year it was named to the news organization’s annual list of the best places to work for in the Washington, D.C. area.

“We are excited and honored to be named on the Top Workplace list again, in particular because we know this achievement is based solely on feedback from our employees,” said Debbie Drake, vice president and chief people officer of Noblis.

“While we continuously seek to improve, this feedback from our employees indicates that we are also aligning to the shifting needs of our employees,” added Drake.

Amr ElSawy, president and CEO of Noblis and a two-time Wash100 Award winner, said the company is committed to maintaining a culture built on ethics and respect and this commitment is reflected in the recognition by the Post.

The publication made the selection based on input from employees gathered through a survey conducted by research firm Energage, which looked at alignment, execution and other aspects of workplace culture.
