David Young, CenturyLink's senior vice president for strategic government, told FCW in an interview published Friday that the company expects agencies to start awarding task orders soon to contractors with authority to operate under the General Services Administration's 15-year, $50B Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions vehicle.
