Ken Dowd, Army client executive at PAE, has been honored in the service branch's Quartermaster Corps Hall of Fame in recognition of his logistical contributions. The former Army major general holds 35 years of military experience and led the development of a logistics framework during his service tenure, the company said Thursday.
