Rite-Solutions has received a three-year, $88 million contract from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport Division to bolster the imaging and electromagnetic warfare systems enhancement initiatives of NUWC's Undersea Warfare Electromagnetic Systems Department. Under the prime contract, the small business firm said Monday it will collaborate with 13 subcontractors to develop new I&EW systems and deliver engineering services to enhance existing ones.

Lockheed Martin has secured a $483 million follow-on contract from the U.S. Army to build air-to-ground missile systems for domestic and international military customers. The company said Monday it will provide procurement and production support for the Joint-Air-to-Ground Missiles and HELLFIRE missiles to the U.S. Army, Navy and the governments of the Czech Republic, France and Poland.

Chenega’s security strategic business unit has acquired E&M International for an undisclosed sum as part of a push to broaden its capacity to deliver critical fire and emergency services and capabilities to existing and future customers. Albuquerque, New Mexico-based EMI is focused on providing fire alarm systems, mass notification, emergency communications and clean agent fire suppression technologies, Chenega said in a press release received by Executive Mosaic on Monday.

Science Applications International Corp. has received a potential seven-year, $494 million recompete contract to provide safety and mission assurance support services at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston and White Sands Test Facility in New Mexico. The Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract III covers safety, reliability, engineering and quality and software assurance support for NASA programs in deep space, including the Gateway lunar space station, Orion spacecraft and Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility, NASA said Friday.
