Kymeta has announced a $30M investment from Hanwha Systems to help the former expand its global market presence and further develop its low-Earth orbit antenna technology and other next-generation capabilities.

Kymeta has released two new products designed to meet mobile communications needs through the use of cellular networks and broadband satellite connectivity.

Kymeta has raised approximately $85M in a financing round led by Bill Gates and will use the funds to accelerate product development and marketing efforts for its u8 terminal and Kymeta Connect services.
