Intel has unveiled a financial reporting structure as part of its move to a foundry operating model meant to improve transparency, growth and accountability across the business. Intel Foundry is the technology company's newly created operating segment that includes foundry services, foundry manufacturing and supply chain and foundry technology development, the company said Tuesday.

Hughes Network Systems, an EchoStar company, has secured approval from Eutelsat OneWeb to operate its electronically steerable antenna-based device in the latter's low Earth orbit satellite network. With the authorization, the Hughes HL1120W Terminal is now commercially available via the OneWeb LEO broadband network to enable high bandwidth, low latency connectivity worldwide, Hughes said Tuesday.

The U.S. Air Force has concluded the initial operational test and evaluation of a BAE Systems-built electronic warfare system for the F-15E Strike Eagle and F-15EX Eagle II aircraft. BAE Systems said Tuesday it supported the service branch’s operational test and evaluation center during the IOT&E effort for the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System as part of the Northern Edge 2023 large force exercise.

Christina Cook, a 14-year Palantir Technologies veteran, has been named chief revenue officer at space security and sustainability start-up True Anomaly. Cook, the first individual to serve in the newly created position, will oversee the development and implementation of True Anomaly's go-to-market strategy, including sales, business development and partnerships, the company said Tuesday.

General Dynamics' mission systems business will perform ship design agent and lifecycle sustainment services under a potential $92.6 million cost-plus-fixed-fee term contract from the U.S. Navy. The contract has a $33.7 million initial value and provides for services in support of the Independence-class littoral combat ship combat system, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
