Public sector organizations that are cautiously treading toward artificial intelligence adoption should consider application programming interface management tools to familiarize themselves with the technology until they become comfortable with full integration, said David Egts, chief technology officer for MuleSoft's public sector field. Excella has secured a spot on a potential five-year, $110 million blanket purchase agreement to provide data science and analytics support services in support of the Office of Personnel Management's talent acquisition and management initiatives. Everbridge said Friday that its agreement with Thoma Bravo was modified after a third party offered an alternative acquisition proposal that set a higher price than the original transaction.
