U.S. Customs and Border Protection has named woman-owned professional services firm Dignari an awardee of the Enterprise Small Business Blanket Purchase Agreement under the professional services track. Dignari said Monday that through the BPA, CBP will gain access to a variety of professional services the company offers, including portfolio, program and project management; acquisition management; business and technology transformation; and logistics and asset management.

Guidehouse has booked a $12 billion U.S. Air Force contract to provide systems engineering and integration services for an intercontinental ballistic missile program. Under this 18-year award, Guidehouse will service the Minuteman III – the USAF’s current land-based ICBM – and its replacement, the Sentinel, the Chicago, Illinois-based company said on Monday.

Leidos has secured a six-year, $55.3 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Navy to provide operations support services for the Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The Department of Defense said Friday Leidos will offer logistics, maintenance, operations and program management assistance supporting Navy and Marine signature silencing programs for naval ships and undersea systems at the Southeast Alaska Measurement Facility.

Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, senior vice president of government strategy and policy at Viasat, said the satellite communications industry is seeing an increased variety of tactics, techniques and procedures for deploying electronic warfare and electromagnetic interference. Aerospace and defense company Mercury Systems has received a $31 million contract from L3Harris Technologies to support the Space Development Agency's Tranche 2 Tracking Layer. Mercury said Wednesday that under the contract, it will provide solid-state data recorders for the T2TL satellites that L3Harris had been tasked to develop for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture.
