Northrop to Build MQ-4C Triton UAV Under $99M Navy Contract Modification


Northrop Grumman has received a $99 million contract modification from the U.S. Navy for additional low-rate initial production of a lot 5 MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system. The action expands the scope of the previously awarded, fixed-priced incentive contract and the military service will obligate the full value of the modification from fiscal years 2019 through 2021 funds, the Department of Defense said Friday.

KBR Books $78M Army Contract Modification for Prepositioned Stock Afloat Program


KBR's technology solutions unit will provide supplies, transportation, maintenance and logistics work in support of a U.S. Army program under a $78.3 million contract modification. The service branch aims to deliver material and equipment at any location worldwide to help U.S. regional combatant commanders respond to contingency missions through the Army Prepositioned Stock-3 Charleston Afloat program.

HII Division to Build Modules for Columbia-Class Sub Program Under $2B Contract Modification

A Huntington Ingalls Industries division has received a potential $2.2B contract modification from General Dynamics' Electric Boat subsidiary to help build the first two Columbia-class ballistic missile submarines for the U.S. Navy. HII's Newport News Shipbuilding division will construct and deliver six modules for each of the submarines and continue to provide design support under the modification.
