General Electric's power conversion business has secured a $40M sole-source contract to provide propulsion systems for national security training ships to be used by the Department of Transportation. The company said Monday it will provide systems that would power and propel a pair of National Security Multi-Mission Vessels, which will be used to train cadets on operational vessels at sea.

Jacobs to Continue Green Lakes Remediation Efforts Under Contract

Jacobs Engineering has secured a five-year contract to help the Environmental Protection Agency remediate sites in support of the Great Lakes National Program Office. Tetra Tech Gets $72M EPA Response Support Contract

Tetra Tech has secured a $72.5M contract to help the Environmental Protection Agency respond to hazardous substance releases and oil spills primarily within EPA Region 5. The company will offer analysis expertise to address EPA's response, preparedness and prevention, assessment, technical support, data management and training needs under the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team contract, the agency said Monday in a FedBizOpps notice.
