Mitre, Virginia Public Universities Partner to Help Address Gov’t R&D Requirements

Mitre has partnered with nine public universities in Virginia to create an exchange program to help the government address technology requirements in areas such as national security, aviation and cybersecurity. The nonprofit company said Thursday it seeks to gain access to tools and ideas from the academic sector through the University Innovation Exchange under a signed master agreement.
