NIST seeks cybersecurity research support

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is looking for potential sources of research and development services to help inform the NIST Information Technology Laboratory's cybersecurity and information security efforts. NIST said in a notice posted Thursday that it plans to issue an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support the ITL Computer Security Division's work establishing standards, practices and tools for ensuring the security of U.S. systems.

CACI to Support DARPA’s R&D Effort on Wideband-Secure Tactical Radio Comms

CACI International has received a four-year, $11.2 million contract to help the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency develop technologies to enable secure radio communications. Navy Calls for White Papers on Weapon System Cyber Warfare Capabilities

The U.S. Navy has posted a solicitation for cyber warfare technologies capable of protecting aircraft, unmanned vehicles, weapons, sensors and other weapon systems. Naval Air Systems Command's cyber warfare detachment seeks white papers on technologies that can detect malware in real-time operating systems, protect assets and respond and recover from cyber attacks, the Navy said Thursday in a broad agency announced published on the SAM website.
