Air Force Life Cycle Management Center seeks market information on signal and geospatial intelligence technologies that would transmit information to support rapid targeting. AFLCMC said Monday in a SAM notice that it requires these on-platform SIGINT and GEOINT technologies to address requirements under the country's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Dominance Flight Plan and National Defense Strategy.

General Atomics, L3 Demo SIGINT Tech on Remotely Piloted Aircraft

General Atomics' aeronautical systems business and L3 Technologies have demonstrated a full-band signals intelligence technology developed for use on a medium-altitude long-endurance remotely piloted aircraft platform. The MQ-9 Predator B RPA carried a pod with SIGINT tools during a test that took place last month in Yuma, Ariz., the companies said in a joint statement released Monday.

General Dynamics' mission systems business has partnered with Curtiss-Wright to offer an artificial intelligence-driven situational awareness system for signal intelligence and electronic warfare. General Dynamics said Tuesday it will combine its SignalEye software with Curtiss-Wright's Intel-based CHAMP-XD1 processor to help users classify radio frequency signals via machine learning.
