L3Harris Technologies has won a $48.9M contract to provide the U.S. Air Force with hardware and software for electronic intelligence signals exploitation.
General Atomics' aeronautical systems business and L3 Technologies have demonstrated a full-band signals intelligence technology developed for use on a medium-altitude long-endurance remotely piloted aircraft platform. The MQ-9 Predator B RPA carried a pod with SIGINT tools during a test that took place last month in Yuma, Ariz., the companies said in a joint statement released Monday.
General Dynamics' mission systems business has partnered with Curtiss-Wright to offer an artificial intelligence-driven situational awareness system for signal intelligence and electronic warfare. General Dynamics said Tuesday it will combine its SignalEye software with Curtiss-Wright’s Intel-based CHAMP-XD1 processor to help users classify radio frequency signals via machine learning.
