The board of directors of Triumph Group has elected William Mansfield, chair of its finance committee since July 2020, to replace Ralph Eberhart as lead independent director, effective July 21. Triumph said Monday Mansfield has been serving on its board since November 2012.
Triumph Group has developed a sensor technology, which is designed to provide tactile feedback and simulate mechanical flight control platforms, that has been recently tested by Lockheed Martin'sSikorsky subsidiary.
